Managing Director Tets Ishikawa recently undertook a LinkedIn poll asking the question of what one looks for most in a litigation funder. The results made for very interesting as shown below, reflecting that the market has moved on from the novelty of litigation funding and is now demanding much higher standards of business practice from litigation funders.
